Directions to Anacostia Community Boathouse:

Ride Metro: Green line: Navy Yard - walk east along M Street to 11th and M; then turn right onto 11th and head towards the river, until 11th St. ends. Turn left onto O St.  ACBA's site is down the path to the right, under the 11th Street Bridge. Orange and Blue lines: Eastern Market - walk south on 8th Street to M, then east along M St. to 11th and M.  Turn right onto 11th and head towards the river, until 11th St. ends. Turn left onto O St.  ACBA's site is down the path to the right, under the 11th Street Bridge. From Virginia:  Take I-395 North across the 14th Street Bridge Proceed past the Maine Avenue exit.  Get into the left lane and head towards I-295.  Proceed past the South Capital Street exit.  Take the next exit for 6th Street SE/NavyYard.  At the bottom of the ramp, go through the two lights.  At the next light, make a RIGHT onto 8th Street SE.  Proceed to M Street, SE and take a LEFT.  At the second light, make a RIGHT onto 11th Street, SE (EXXON Station to the left).  Go through the light and proceed down to the stop sign.  Turn LEFT and park on the street underneath the bridge and near the sign that reads "Anacosita Community Rowing Center."

PARKING OPTIONS:  Spectator may park at the Finish Line or in the Navy Yard.

Navy Yard Parking -- The Navy Yard's O Street gate is closed.  Access to parking is through the N  Street gate ONLY!  You will need a photo ID to be admitted onto the base.  At M St. SE head south on 11th St SE.  Stay right and at the traffic light turn RIGHT into the N St. gate of the Navy Yard.  After passing through security, turn LEFT on 10th St. SE and park in the Building 405 garage.  A shuttle running from regatta HQ to the finish line will be available.  Spectators must walk back through the N St. gate, turn RIGHT, and get to regatta HQ.  Spectators may walk across the bridge to Anacostia Park, but may not stop on the bridge.

Finish Line Parking -- At M St. SE head south on 11th St SE.  Stay to the LEFT to go up the ramp to the bridge.  Merge into the second lane from the left to follow "Anacostia Park" signs.  The turn at the end of the bridge is a sharp, RIGHT, down the hill.  At the stop sign, turn RIGHT to head north on Good Hope Rd. SE toward Anacostia Park.  At the Anacostia Dr. "T", turn RIGHT on Anacostia Dr. and proceed about 0.7 miles to the Finish Line (or turn left to see the start line near the Park Police driveway.  At the Finish Line, adhere to the signs regulating parking.  Do NOT park on the grass.  No glass or balloons are allowed in the park.  Restrooms are available in the Anacostia Pool & Recreation Center building.
