INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING ON-LINE US ROWING WAIVER

The process is incredibly straight-forward.  If you follow these instructions, you can't go wrong!!  However, should you have any questions, please contact Ellie Oakley eoakley@cox.net 

  1. Sign on to www.USRowing.org.
  2. Near top on far right end (2nd row of blue options), click on Join/Renew
  3. Under Membership Options, go down to 4th  line and click on Sign Waiver and Add My Name to My Organization's Roster.
  4. Read Waiver.  At bottom, click Accept.  This should bring up NON-PRIVILEGED MEMBERSHIP.  Parents complete the form for rowers under age 18, but fill in your rower's name and information.  Obviously, if you would like to use your work phone # or email address, feel free.  But the name, and other info should be theirs.
  5. The AFFILIATION--scroll down to Robinson Crew Booster Club, INC.
  6. Choose whether or not you want to receive safety notices and discount info from US Rowing.
  7. Click PROCESS APPLICATION.
  8. The next screen will give you a REGISTRATION NUMBER (a six digit number).  Please write this number down in a place where you WILL NOT Lose it!!!!
  9. Email that Registration Number with your rower's name to Ellie Oakley at eoakley@cox.net  before the February 21 deadline.
