ATTENTION ROBINSON CREW PARENTS

 

It is time to get our team waivers in!!  There is a VERY strict timeline on this if your rower is to be eligible to race, so please do not put this off to do it later.  We have to track the team members that have registered a waiver and those who don't cannot participate in ANY regattas, so please help us out on this one and do it promptly!!

 

ALL ROWERS must complete this process now.  Regardless of what other waivers you signed, you must register now with our team under the correct school and team rep name and email, in order to qualify to race with the team.
 

The good news is that it is VERY easy and will take less than 5 minutes once you are on the site.  Please follow the details in the email and do not ad lib.  If you enter the wrong coach/team rep info, it will not register, so please follow the instructions carefully!!

 

Go to www.rowingwaiver.com.  When the site comes up, it will say that you are on www.signyourwaiver.com  that is OK.  That is where you should be. 

 

Near the top right, you should see a yellow circle with a blue arrow pointing to it that says Sign A Waiver.  Click on this circle.  Do NOT click on ANY of the orange circles above (I know the orange athlete circle will be tempting, but do not go there!!)

 

Step One will say choose an option that best fits the athlete :  Depending on the sex of your rower, select one of the first 2 options beginning at the left.  You should choose either Junior Male, or Junior Female. 

 

The next screen will ask for the rower's contact information.  Fill it in completely.  Note:  when you fill in phone numbers, just type numbers and do not type dashes.  

It won't take the registration if the info is incomplete.  I would skip the big bio info box at the bottom.  You will need to click on continue at the bottom of the page. 

(At this point you'll be 33% finished)

 

The next screen is titled Entry Information:

 

Affiliation:  Scroll down to Robinson Secondary

 

For Coach/Team Rep email :  eoakley07@gmail.com   

For Coach/Team Rep Name:  Ellie Oakley

click Continue

 

The Next Screen asks for Parent/Guardian Information

 

Fill it in completely.  Again, type only digits for the phone numbers.  Dashes will throw it off.  Click Continue. At this point you are 90% complete.

 

Review and sign forms/Waivers:  Read and click the check in the box at the bottom where it says "I have read this agreement. . ."  Click continue. 

 

When you have successfully completed the process send an email to eoakley@cox.net and list the name of your rower and the date and time you submitted your waiver application.  This must be done prior to midnight on March 19th.  there are no exceptions to the timeline.
