Crew is a non-funded competitive varsity sport, funding must come from individuals and fundraising activities. TAG DAY (February) and the SPRING PLANT SALE (May) are big fundraising events for Robinson crew. Every member of the RSS crew team MUST participate! [seniors are not required to participate in the Spring Plant Sales] Failure to participate in these mandatory activities results in a $100 fee (this may be waived at the discretion of the board of directors). Members will not be allowed to participate in any crew activity until the fee is paid.

EARNING EVENTS:
'Round Robinson Run: This is a 5K run around the Robinson Secondary School grounds and surrounding neighborhoods. Rowers, their family & friends can earn points by soliciting sponsors, participating on race day, and volunteering to help before, during and after the event.

(year round sales): Go online to
www.glscrip.com for a list of partipating
merchants, their usage
guidelines and available denominations. Note: Robinson Crew
will NOT be accepting orders for merchants who contribute less than 4%
(with the exception of GIANT Food and Home Depot). Or used
attached order
form
and mail to Scrip
Coordinator.
Orders go in on the 15th and the 30th of
each month and after each Crew General Membership meeting. Rowers earn
one point for every hundred dollars in scrip.
