GREAT HARVEST CREW FUNDRAISER & POINTS OPPORTUNITY

Great Harvest Bakery of Burke and Robinson Crew will be offering prepared bags of, "Fresh Ground Mixes" of Granola, Muesli and Brownie Mix to sell to family, friends and neighbors for $10.00 per bag, PREPAID.  Each bag will also carry a coupon of, "buy any loaf and get a FREE Honey Whole Wheat Loaf."

You can decide if you want to sell or be a part of the production staff or both.

SELLERS NEEDED: 
Starting SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st:
ALL/ANY Rowers (sellers) will be able to  print an order form  along with a flier(please
read the flier!). Order forms are being sent as an attachment to this email.  All Mixes
to be PREPAID by customer.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th:
Orders are due back at the Great Harvest Bakery in Burke between 4-5pm. I will be there
to collect your orders and money.

 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4th:
 All sellers will pick up their orders at Great Harvest between 4-5pm. 

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5th:
 All orders should be delivered to your customers so that they have enough time to
redeem their coupon. It has an expiration date of December 31st. (Again please be
familiar with the flier!)

POINTS FOR SELLERS:
Sellers will receive 1 point for every two bags sold (round down fractional bags)


PRODUCTION STAFF NEEDED:
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4th: Production staff will be at Great Harvest  1pm til done(5pm)
Mr. Verster promises food and a good atmosphere for weighing, bagging and sealing and processing orders.
 
Please sign up by emailing to me, on a first come first served basis to help Weigh,
Bag, Seal and  process  all orders.

POINTS FOR PRODUCTION STAFF:
Production staff will receive 1 point for every 20 bags processed to be divided among the
staff (minimum one point per rower, but round to nearest points to account for start up
and clean up time.)
