Novice rowers need 25 points
Returning Rowers need 75 points
Finding your rower: Your rower is listed by last initial and birth date in the following form: ddmmyy. The first part of the list is returning rowers listed by rower number. Then the alphabet starts over for new rowers. If you happen to have twins, their ID will be listed by their first initial.
Questions on points: If the points you find here are not what your records indicate, please get in touch with the person in charge of the EVENT. All changes must come through the event coordinator, who will submit them to the governing VP, who will then submit them for correction to the points coordinator.

Details of Points program
In order to row on the water, you must pay the crew booster club fee, the rower/coxswain's fee, and you must earn the required points (novice=25 points//returning rowers=75 points) before you will be allowed to compete. Points are earned by volunteering time at various fundraising events or by purchasing scrip. The point system is a fair way of making sure everyone does their share of fundraising. The more money Robinson Crew raises, the more new equipment (shells, rowing machines, etc.) it can buy.
- It is the responsibility of the event coordinator to notify the responsible Vice-President in writing (EXCEL spreadsheet) within 2 weeks of the event identifying the workers, points earned and rower receiving the points. Vice-Presidents must submit point tallies to the Points Coordinator by the 24th of each month. Retail certificates should be submitted monthly.
- Points will be awarded based on the Rower Unit's participation in Booster sponsored or approved activities.
- Points will only be credited after they are earned.
- Points will be awarded to coordinators and participants per the schedule determined by the board. Coordinators can earn points for actively participating in an event in addition to coordinating the event planning and execution. For example, the Car Wash Coordinator earns points for planning and coordinating car washes. In addition, the Car Wash Coordinator can also earn points for working the car washes.
- Awarded points may NOT be shifted to other rowers, except between siblings.
- To participate in crew regattas, the required number of points must be earned by March 1st. In the event that the rower does not earn sufficient points by the deadline, the additional points must be purchased for $10/point. The rower will be ineligible to participate in all crew activities, including practice, after the point deadline until the point deficiency is eliminated. Excess points beyond the specified requirement at the deadline date will be credited toward Away Regatta Fees at the amount of $1/excess point. All points earned after the deadline date will be applied to the next season.
