Winter Land Training

The Winter Land Training program is conducted to help rowers and coxswains get into shape. Winter Land Training starts in the middle of November and running until approximately the middle of February, with a winter holiday break. Workouts (running, weight training, calisthenics, and ergometer work) are conducted at Robinson. If weather permits, some training may take place outdoors. Please bring appropriate outdoor clothing.
